Fall-warm colors, organic shapes and lines

So many things to love about this assignment.  Students as young as Kindergartners drew their own leaf step by step.  And as usual, each one is still unique! We added color with tissue paper squares glued on and mounted the leaf on brown paper affixed to purple- a complimentary color to the yellow/gold. The organic swirl lines made us think of the wind blowing the leaves off of the trees.
